WHAT IS AN ADVOCACY LETTER?

Each year, SPAN USA® gathers in Washington, DC. Activities include visits to congressional offices to deliver Advocacy Letters and to recognize US legislators who lead the effort for suicide prevention laws. SPAN USA people petition the US Congress and State Governor's for Suicide Prevention Support.

You can help by doing the following:

1 - Read the Congressional Resolutions and the 12 reasons to sign Advocacy Letters
2 - Download a Youth Letter if you are NOT of voting age, or download an Adult Letter
      if you are voting age.
3 - Complete all personal information, name, address, zip code, & date.
( You may also write comments of the back of the page. )
4 - Mail completed letters to SPAN USA, P. O. Box 73368, Washington, DC 20056-3368
